Comes with obi and insert. Vinyl is in fantastic shape. Sleeve is great too baring one weird issue. It sort of looks like the obi caused one strip of the cover to lighten ever so slightly. Other than that and some very minor corner wear this thing is in great shape. Strong seams. Very vibrant obi...obviously.
