Japan only release. Comes with obi and insert. Vinyl is in fantastic shape. Sleeve has some foxing to it and a small hole punch in the upper right hand corner. No idea why that's there. Reminds me of a US style promo punch but it didn't actually separate any of the sleeve. It's just a puncture. Anyways, overall this is a great copy.
