Ok, so here's the deal with this one... It's technically sealed... But there is a Wax Trax price tag UNDER the shrink wrap. I think this was perhaps an after-market shrink wrap job. But it's sealed, so I don't want to open it. Vinyl presumed mint, but hedging my bets here and marking it as VG+. Some mild ring/rub wear that I believe is on the shrink wrap itself and not the cover. Some sharpie marker marks on the shrinkwrap.
