Issued in a plain white card sleeve with a white sticker with DEEP PURPLE INTERVIEW LIMITED EDITION printed on it. The limited edition number is just printed on the sleeve. Although there is a label on both sides of the record only side 1 has been pressed, side 2 is blank. There is nothing written on the labels except the usual copying etc. is prohibited.
