Sell The Heart Records presents A 7 Step Guide to Happiness is a multi-band split (or mini compilation, whichever way you want to spin it) comprised of 7 artists, each bringing a killer track to the plate.

Most of the songs have never been released in any format before, with the exception being Shotclock's song "Fucked" which a previous mix was part of a compilation that was only available in Australia

Every song here is an absolute banger, showcasing each band's unique style

The album is available to buy on very limited edition single-sided 12" Vinyl which also features an incredible etching on the B-side, designed by Demetrius Antuña of the band Hauntu (he also did the design for the album artwork)
